Job Type : Independent Contractor

Pay Rate : $40-$50 per hour

Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic ServiceNow Implementation Expert to join our dynamic remote team. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about crafting exceptional solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on implementations such as ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and roll out ServiceNow modules, ensuring smooth integration and optimum value.

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including but not limited to ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
  • Design and deploy comprehensive solutions that adhere to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering and work with stakeholders to deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Oversee and maintain the CMDB with a focus on accurate data modeling and integration.
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow updates, features, and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with several modules, including (but not limited to) :
  • ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management)
  • ITSM
  • CMDB
  • APM (Application Portfolio Management)
  • HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
  • Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Additional ServiceNow certifications such as :
  • SAM (Software Asset Management)
  • APM
  • HAM
  • ITOM
  • CMDB
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting within ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
