No weekend rotation

It has 400 beds : LTC unit 40, AL 100, ILF 250-275. 2 Licensed buildings with AL and another AL / LTC unit and AL dementia unit. ILF consists of private homes, cottages and condo type bldg which also houses the pool and fitness center. A very active ILF community with off site trips, sports tournaments and many other amenities. Full time Activity dept staff for the Licensed buildings that offer off site trips / activities often corroborated with Rehab Services. A 10+yr contract relationship with this community that considers

• Rehab part of the Taylor Community Team with inclusion to Rehab employees (TC apparel, staff appreciation days, special meals / activities). A cohesive Leadership team with long standing relationships with TC Administration and DOR / Rehab team.
