Client : Food Manufacturing Company
Duration : 2 Months (possibility of extension)
Location : Cleveland OH 44113
Shift : 1st Shift (6 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM) Monday to Friday
Job Description :
- Provide advanced administrative support including planning organizing and scheduling tasks that require independent decision-making.
- Coordinate and implement assigned administrative and staff functions with minimal supervision.
- Train and support lower-level administrative employees.
- Manage logistics for complex meetings and travel arrangements.
- Collect organize and maintain documentation; perform moderately complex data entry across multiple systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings calendars and travel itineraries.
- Apply detailed knowledge of department operations policies and procedures to complete administrative processes accurately.
- Handle clerical administrative technical and customer support tasks escalating only highly complex issues when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.Must Have :
Experience in transportation and logistics.Customer service support background.Basic Microsoft Office skills.Experience handling documentation.General office experience including interacting with truck drivers and managing paperwork.#ZR
