GPO Membership Engagement Specialist

A company is looking for a GPO Membership, Engagement Representative.

Key Responsibilities :

Dive into incoming GPO membership cases and reconcile membership details

Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve membership inquiries accurately and timely

Use Salesforce and Power BI dashboards to manage data and deliver insights

Required Qualifications :

0-2 years of relevant experience

Experience with GPO membership and / or contract management is a strong plus

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Experience using Salesforce and Power BI dashboards
