Role Overview : We are seeking an Appointment Setter to support our sales team by connecting with potential clients through telephone, LinkedIn, and email. This role is key to helping sales and marketing achieve their monthly meeting targets and has potential to grow into a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead. You will split your focus across Remote Office (offshoring solutions) and Shift AI (voice-first Agentic AI platform), both with a strong focus on the Australian market. Important Note : Candidates with experience only in Administration or Human Resources are not suitable for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting & Outreach : Initiate contact with potential clients via LinkedIn, phone, and email.Lead Qualification : Engage prospects to understand needs, confirm fit, and advance qualified leads.Service Introduction : Communicate the USPs of Remote Office and Shift AI tailored for Australian SMEs and mid-market clients.Inquiry Handling : Address basic prospect questions and ensure clarity about services.CRM & Reporting : Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot / CRM; provide weekly progress reports.Scheduling : Book appointments / consultations between prospects and sales representatives.Follow-Ups : Reconnect with unresponsive leads, confirm appointments, and nurture ongoing relationships.Record Keeping : Maintain detailed logs of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with founders and marketing to align outbound efforts with GTM strategies.Experience Requirements :
Proven experience working with Australian clients (business culture, communication style, market expectations).Background in the offshoring industry in an SDR / BDR / Inside Sales role.Minimum 3 years' experience in outbound prospecting, appointment setting, or business development.Skills & Attributes :
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone).Organised, with excellent time-management and multitasking ability.Results-driven, with a record of exceeding KPIs.Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation tools.Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.Professional and articulate phone presence.Growth mindset and aspiration to lead a future SDR team.What We Offer :
