The University of Maryland Shore Regional Health, a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join our established and thriving practice located in Easton, Maryland.

Job Description

• Join a well-established, full-scope OBGYN practice offering a mix of obstetrics, gynecology, and GYN surgery.
• Blocked OR time and access to state-of-the-art surgical suites.
• Collaborative team of experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, certified nurse midwives, sonographers, MAs, and RNs.
• Average 18–22 patients per day, with strong support to focus on quality care.
• Enjoy autonomy in practice while being part of a highly respected, community-focused hospital system.
• Work in a beautiful and modern clinical setting within a multispecialty medical office.

Compensation : $386,691 annual salary “The posted compensation reflects the median range based on current MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician’s experience, training, and qualifications”

Other Compensation : generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus—all designed to support your transition and long-term success.
