Fixed Asset Accountant

Vaco is seeking a fixed assets accountant in Tempe, Arizona!

Responsibilities include :

Reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensure proper coding / expensing, and resolve discrepancies.

Record period-end accruals and reversals for assigned accounts as needed.

Monitor P&L for accurate expense postings; resolve discrepancies.

Review AP and journal entries before check runs for accurate coding.

Conduct variance analysis and highlight financial trends or irregularities for leadership insight.

Ensure CIP & FA and minor equipment are coded correctly with appropriate details

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting  (Required)

2+ years of full cycle accounting experience with an emphasis on fixed assets (Required)

Experience in advanced Excel (required) and Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)

CPA or CPA candidate (preferred)

Salary $62-68k
