Base Pay : $115K–$120K + quarterly bonuses

Per-visit : higher earning potential with established census

What you’ll do

Provide primary care for long-term care residents

Round daily in a skilled nursing facility

Manage chronic + acute conditions

Support “treat-in-place” goals to reduce hospitalizations

Requirements

Board-certified PA

Active Louisiana license

Experience with adults / geriatrics, primary care, or post-acute preferred

Comfort working independently in a facility setting
