This position will report to Fort Smith office, but working out of the Northwest Arkansas - Fayetteville & Springdale areas. Fire Systems Technology, Inc., recently joined the Impact Fire Services team and is a subsidiary company of Impact Fire Services. Fire Systems Technology has been in business for over 22 years and provides fire protection services covering Arkansas, Southern Missouri, Southern Kansas, and Eastern Oklahoma. The company offers exceptional fire sprinkler installation, repairs, renovations, inspections, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems for over 20 years.

Responsibilities

• Meet all assigned sales quotas in a given period
• Manage their time in order to complete the maximum amount of sales calls and lead generation in a given period
• Follow up on all leads generated through Inside Sales Representatives
• Participate in networking events and other community functions to maximize lead generation
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director of Sales

Requirements

In addition to the above, the most desirable candidate will have : at least two years of higher education experience or comparable industry experience, experience with sales force automation technologies, experience in design or project management, and experience with project budgeting. Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
