What You'll Do
Responsibility includes all available predictive technologies : Thermography, Oil Analysis, Vibration, Ultrasonic, etc.Determines sampling frequency, triggers, routes and methods for maintaining information.Utilizes predictive maintenance tools to aid in troubleshooting equipment.Reports health of equipment monthly including a plan to monitor any equipment with potential problems.Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and root causes of equipment failuresStandardize PM procedures and frequencies based on OEM guidelines, historical data, and criticality assessmentsWorks with Garage staff and technicians to identify where and when to apply different technologiesCollaborate with Engineering and Operations on equipment upgrades and capital projects with a focus on maintainability and reliabilityLead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and uptimeMaintain accurate and up to date records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)What You'll Need
Thorough understanding of predictive maintenance principles, technologies, and associated toolsPractical knowledge of mechanical and electrical applications, and common industrial processesTechnical skills : in depth understanding of machinery and maintenance techniques, ability to read blueprints and schematics.Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, MP2, etc.) experience preferredAbility to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and diagramsAbility to lead a project from design through installation and start up, including associated operational and maintenance trainingAbility to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail to find root cause for equipment failuresTeam building and supervisory skills leading project teams and comfortable with supervising technical and non-technical personnelComputer skills : Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, computerized document management systems, internet, and SAP.Strong written and verbal communication skillsYour Education
