Maintain an independent schedule of patient visits (approx. 8 per day)Provide comprehensive diabetes education to pediatric patients and caregiversSupport endocrinologists with care coordination and treatment planningConduct follow-up visits to monitor patient progress and adjust care plansEducate families on insulin management, glucose monitoring, nutrition, and lifestyle habitsMaintain EMR documentation according to ADA, CMS, and institutional guidelinesServe as an educational resource for staff on pediatric diabetes managementAdditional Information
