Senior Consultant
The Senior Consultant is a core member of the Strategy team, responsible for leading workstreams on complex, cross-functional projects across Mass General Brigham. They independently develop insights and deliverables, contributing meaningfully to stakeholder management and overall project success.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in business, healthcare, or public policy a plus but not required
3-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or other equivalent healthcare role
Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and work independently
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau, SQL, or other analytics / visualization tools preferred
Knowledge of healthcare data sources such as claims / billing, SG2, CMS datasets, and others preferred

Working Conditions : This is a hybrid role that requires an onsite presence at Assembly Row, Somerville, MA at least 1x / week
