The Neurology Technician is responsible for providing outstanding patient care and exceptional client service while working with doctors and shift leadership to address patient care needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Restrain animals for neurological examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Prepare prescriptions as ordered by the doctor : Appropriate container, labeling, directions, and warnings.
• Perform laboratory procedures.
• Assist in performing diagnostic studies, including radiography, CT, and MRI.
• Basic inventory and stocking duties.
• Basic surgical duties : Prepare the surgical suite and anesthesia equipment; pull instruments

& open room; scrub & assist in surgery as needed; break down & clean room; clean, wrap

and sterilize packs.
