We are helping our client find a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join their established family practice in Harrisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and confident chairside manner, strong communication skills, and experience in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry. Practice Summary :

• In business for over 30 years
• 3 doctors and 8 hygienists
• 14 total chairs
• Active, loyal patient base with 20–30 new patients per month
• Practice annual revenue : $4.2 million
• Payer mix : 80% PPO / 20% fee-for-service
• Fully digital, upgraded technology including iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT, MouthWatch intraoral camera, and more
• Specialty services offered in-office : Invisalign and implants
• Schedule : Full-time or part-time options available
