About The Position

ID : 73623244 Shift : 9a-9p Description : FLU VACCINE REQUIRED-NO EXCEPTIONS ER RN to work 36hrs wk with call 13 week assignment - previous experience as a traveler strongly preferred! SHIFT : 36hrs 12hr (9-9) EMR : Meditech 6.0 experience preferred Call : Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration 1.3 days cx in 13 week contract 2.There will be an added call requirement with contract 3.No more than 3 days off requests per contract Additional Information : 1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE

• We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO : No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply Position Billing string = Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center Guaranteed Hours : 36 Contract Weeks : 91
