Are you an experienced HR professional looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? We're a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in commercial construction, and we're seeking an HR expert to help support and grow our people-first culture.

1 day per week remote

Flex Fridays Half-day every Friday!

What You'll Do :

• Manage and support full-cycle HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, etc.)
• Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and staff across various departments
• Help build and maintain a positive company culture
• Support employee engagement, retention, and development programs
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations
