Job Description

Salary is 130k to 150k + bonus

Great opportunity for AI Lead who can quickly learn and understand our business operations and design impactful AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Will also be responsible for building and managing a team to support long-term AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gain deep understanding of business operations and workflows to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration and automation
• Design and architect AI / ML solutions tailored to real-world business challenges, with a focus on scalability, performance, and measurable value
• Take a hands-on approach to AI development, including model prototyping, experimentation, and deployment in production environments
• Build and lead a high-performing AI / ML team, providing strategic direction, technical mentorship, and fostering a collaborative culture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into AI product requirements and implementation roadmaps
• Establish standards for responsible AI practices, including model governance, accuracy monitoring, and continuous improvement cycles
