We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel’s night operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for supplies and amenities.
