Utilizing an integrated care approach, our providers work collaboratively to address all aspects of patients health and believe that exceptional, compassionate care should be accessible and affordable for all. Your Role :
Provide primary care services to patients within professional scope of practiceEducate patients on healthy lifestyles and routine health maintenance practicesOrder and administer diagnostic tests as needed and appropriateEffectively communicate results of diagnostic tests to patients and designated individuals in a timely mannerCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomesEnsure complete and accurate documentation and review of patient records in a timely mannerWhat We Are Looking For :
Master s degree from an accredited school of Advanced Nursing Practice requiredValid APRN license in the State of Nebraska requiredCurrent DEA license requiredKnowledge of public health principles and practicesDemonstrated professional commitment to providing services to medically under-served individuals in a public health settingAbility to foster strong patient-provider relationshipsCurrent certificate in BLSBilingual English Spanish preferredLocation Perks :
