Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of new client accounts and ensure a seamless implementation experience. Key Responsibilities Developing and executing implementation plans tailored to each client's needs Managing multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring all projects stay on track Configuring client accounts within the platform and conducting client training sessions Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience as an implementation manager or related experience within SaaS, start-up, healthcare, or benefits space Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Strong project management and software delivery experience Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices in the SaaS industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
