About the Role :

The Network Technician I provides on-site technical support for Century Mold's Shelbyville, TN facility, ensuring that local network, infrastructure, and end-user systems operate reliably and securely. This position supports both production and office environments, delivering hands-on assistance and working closely with the broader IT Operations team for guidance and escalation.

This is a customer-facing, technical support role that focuses on maintaining network connectivity, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with routine maintenance of IT systems and equipment. The Network Technician I also supports local technology projects, including camera systems, security and access control, and other facility technology needs under the direction of the IT Operations Manager.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Provide on-site support for network infrastructure, workstations, and servers within the Shelbyville facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and software issues for end-users and production systems.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Support Active Directory user and group management, printer configuration, and system permissions.
• Manage and maintain local technology assets, including physical security systems, cameras, and access control infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT projects such as hardware refreshes, system rollouts, and network upgrades.
• Collaborate with remote IT Operations and Cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with security and configuration standards.
• Document configurations, network diagrams, and support procedures for local infrastructure.
