The Role

We’re looking for a  Growth Partner —someone who thrives on making meaningful introductions and expanding opportunities through their professional network. This is  not a sales role . Instead, you’ll serve as a  strategic connector , linking your personal and business relationships to TA Builder’s AI-powered recruitment platform.

This role is ideal for well-connected professionals, advisors, consultants, or leaders who want to create value for their network while helping organizations modernize how they hire.

What You’ll Do

• Connect Your Network :  Introduce companies, executives, or HR leaders who could benefit from TA Builder’s recruitment technology and fractional talent solutions.
• Be a Brand Advocate :  Share TA Builder’s story, value, and impact within your professional and social circles.
• Leverage Your Influence :  Use your existing relationships to open doors—no cold calling, prospecting, or selling required.
• Collaborate with TA Builder :  Partner with our client team to ensure each referral receives a personalized, professional introduction and follow-up.
• Track Your Impact :  Earn commissions or referral bonuses based on successful client engagements resulting from your introductions.
