Are you passionate about animals and love creating warm, welcoming experiences for pet parents? We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to be the smiling face and calming voice of our hospital.

About the Role :

As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role is essential in making every visit feel personal, professional, and stress-free. You’ll help guide clients with empathy, provide accurate information, and keep our front and exam areas tidy and organized.

Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately
• Schedule and confirm appointments with attention to detail
• Provide general information regarding services and pet care
• Ensure a personable and positive experience for every client
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the reception and exam room areas
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting is required
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling pets and working in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and a true team player
• Ability to multitask while staying calm and professional
• Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are a plus!
