• Technical solutioning and support for project / tech leads Description Responsibilities Defines the structure and relationship among CRM solutions, including the identification of re-usable components, quality level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces. • Project Management Skills ( i.e. effort estimation, project plan, risk / issue management, solutions presentation, etc)
• Business and end-user engagement
• Business requirement analysis, options analysis and recommendation CI / CD DevOps and Infrastructure - 15%
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
• Technical experience with infrastructure and operational needs for development teams i.e. (WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, Cloud support)
