A city’s network is its lifeline. If the infrastructure falters—whether through outages, misconfigurations, or slow performance—police, fire, and city services can’t function at full speed.

The Mission :

You’ll be the engineer who builds, protects, and stabilizes our network. Your work keeps data flowing and services connected across departments and facilities.

What You’ll Do :

Monitor and maintain citywide networks, servers, and hardware

Troubleshoot outages and connectivity issues fast

Ensure reliable internet, VoIP, and data services

Support upgrades, migrations, and system expansions

Strengthen backup and recovery processes
