Program Manager

A company is looking for a Line of Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the planning, organizing, managing, and tracking of multiple programs' operations and projects

Coordinate across an Integrated Product Team to ensure smooth operation and communication of Agile ceremonies and program activities

Analyze LOB pain points, recommend process improvements, and maintain program management-related documentation

Required Qualifications

10 years of program management experience, with 3-5 years in project management

Experience working with federal government agencies, preferably within CMS iQIES

Understanding of CMMI ML3 processes and agile implementations

Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills and experience in implementing new processes to enhance business functions
