Sr. Financial Analyst

Finance Analyst

This role is part of the hospital's administrative team and provides financial insights to support operational decisions. It involves frequent interaction with hospital executive leadership including the CEO, COO, CNO, CFO, nursing leaders, and physicians strong communication skills and professional presence are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support month-end close, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Perform daily data pulls, charge reviews, reconciliations, and income statement analysis
• Identify financial trends, drivers, variances, and opportunities for improvement; summarize findings for leadership
• Prepare profitability and variance reports; meet with department leaders
• Develop and maintain dashboards and ad hoc reports
• Analyze and reconcile data to support informed decision-making
• Provide financial summaries for leadership
