Yard Technician, Heavy / Construction Equipment

Dynamic Equipment is seeking for a driven and reliable Yard Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard to ensure efficient customer service and equipment management. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, energetic and comfortable working in an outdoor environment.

The Yard Technician maintains the overall condition of the yard and keeps our equipments organized to minimize customer wait time. This position assists customers with equipment check-in, check-out. It will required basic equipment and operation knowledge.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Prepare equipment for clients' delivery or pick up by cleaning with a power washerAssist with loading and unloading equipmentProvide customers basic training, as neededFuel and meter equipment upon check-inRecord fuel logs and other informationStage equipment for deliveriesMaintain cleanliness and safety of the yardEnsure all rental equipment is properly tagged and has required keyOther duties, as assigned by Management

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have good organizational skillsMust have good communication skillsMust be customer service orientedBasic computer skills is a mustValid State issued Driver’s LicenseMust be able to pass drug test and background checkSelf-motivated, positive, 'can do' attitude and team playerAble to work with only minimal supervisionAble to quality check their own work and be very detailed orientedExperience is helpful but not required
