What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with peers to maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM)Provide oversight and expertise on revenue integrity compliance and charge issuesWork with clinical departments to develop charge processes and review denial trendsMeet with clinical leaders to resolve charge issues and provide necessary educationOrient staff on CDM and assist in integrating new facilities and clinical departmentsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of applicable experienceBachelor’s DegreeStrong understanding of charge management and revenue integrityExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environmentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
