Job descriptionCollaborate with peers to maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) Provide oversight and expertise on revenue integrity compliance and charge issues Work with clinical departments to develop charge processes and review denial trends Meet with clinical leaders to resolve charge issues and provide necessary education Orient staff on CDM and assist in integrating new facilities and clinical departments Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience Bachelor’s Degree Strong understanding of charge management and revenue integrity Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment Experience in healthcare-related charge management or revenue cycle roles Familiarity with clinical operations and billing processes Knowledge of compliance regulations in a healthcare setting
