Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Azure Cosmos DB Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, globally distributed solutions using Azure Cosmos DB. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and multi-region replication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• 8-10 years of experience in architecting and implementing solutions with Azure Cosmos DB
• 7 years of experience with Windows PowerShell
• Proven experience in data modeling, schema design, and indexing strategies
• Strong expertise in optimizing query performance and managing RU consumption
• Experience with automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance
