Our client is a well known national plaintiff litigation firm. They are rapidly expanding with plans to grow each office.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and responding to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
  • Making regular court appearances for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
  • Preparing and filing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients.
  • Collaborating with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Keeping clients informed of case progress and providing legal counsel as needed.

    • Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the LA state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff litigation attorney.
  • Proven experience in drafting and responding to discovery.
  • Extensive experience in making court appearances.
  • Excellent litigation skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
