Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Throughout the day, you will interact with team members and management to provide top-notch customer service, embodying a friendly and proactive approach.

This role offers a chance to build relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming automotive repair environment.You will be working in a supporting roll for and with the technicians to help with efficiency and productivity in the auto repair shop.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Maintain parking lot and vehicle organization / parking (move vehicles
• clean up trash and landscaping around facility
• Optimize marketing (target market vehicles)
• During winter months brush snow off all vehicles in the parking lot
• Shuttle customers to / from work / home and shop
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Build relationships with customers and engage with them
• Wash vehicles being serviced as prioritized by Service Advisors; self-manage if not prioritized
• Keep company rental cars and shuttle vehicles clean
• General cleanup around the shop : sweeping, washing floors
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Minor repairs and maintenance of equipment
• Assist with opening and closing shop
• Assist Techs / Service Advisors in many aspects
• Assist with tire inventory and management, storage & new arrivals
• Put away stock, handle and organize inventory
• Valid Driver's license.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
• Great with people, positive and friendly demeanor.
