Purpose :
In this role, you will support the seamless planning, execution, and tracking of media campaigns across paid digital channels. You’ll be the engine that helps bring strategic media plans to life, ensuring each campaign is launched accurately, optimized efficiently, and reported transparently. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams in strategy, creative, media, and finance to deliver flawless media operations that elevate client satisfaction and agency output, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with our desire and promise to Be Unignorable.

Craftsmanship
Continuously elevate the quality of our campaigns, drive exceptional agency output, and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Support the setup and trafficking of digital media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms
QA all assets and links to ensure accuracy before campaign launch
Maintain and update internal documentation, such as tracking sheets, spec guides, and campaign calendars
Monitor campaigns daily for performance anomalies, flagging issues as needed
Aggregate screenshots and compile end-of-campaign decks and reporting
Curiosity
Proactively explore the evolving production landscape to make our contributions to client relationships and the final work stronger.
Research platform updates and best practices to keep our team and clients ahead of the curve
Identify opportunities to test new formats, placements, or bidding strategies
Bring platform insights to team meetings to enhance campaign planning
Stay current on analytics tools and tagging methods
Ask thoughtful questions that lead to better performance and workflow improvements
Creativity
A problem solver to the core, you’ll constantly seek new approaches to meeting our clients needs.
Recommend ways to streamline media ops processes and documentation
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets meet technical specs while maintaining visual impact
Find innovative methods to visualize performance data for client presentations
Offer creative workarounds when faced with media constraints
Help evolve our internal QA and trafficking checklists

Qualifications :
Minimum of 1+ years of experience at an agency doing billing / reconciliation or media operations, digital trafficking, or paid media campaign management
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (and / or similar platforms)
Excellent Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets skills
Experience with QA workflows and media specs across platforms as well as experience with Google business tools, such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Exceptional communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
