Will work with owner / operator on a daily basis. Responsible for operations of restaurant.

Must have ability to possitively interact with employees and customers

Ability to take direction and work as a team in a high volume Sub Shop

Must utilize problem solving skills

Must be self motivated.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds

Must be able to operate deli meat slicer

Working manager, will supervise in house staff and delivery staff.

Schedule varies based on needs

Salaried position $60,000

No Grease, No fryers No Grills

Restaurant hours of operation Monday through Saturday 8 am (Open at 9am) Close at 9pm (generally leave at about 9 : 15 pm Sunday closing time 8pm
