Telerecruitment Manager

Works closely with the Telerecruitment Manager in devising and employing plans for achieving the department's pre-set monthly goals leading a team of part and full time associates. Candidate will manage the daily operations of the call center and have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leadership, ability to track / monitor performance throughout the month while leading a team that works six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment of blood donors via telephone in order to achieve pre-set monthly branch production goals.
• Performs and manages tasks related to office operations and recruitment activities.
• Oversees and tracks progress on special projects.
• Visits donor center (branch) locations and offsite drives / events as necessary.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and one year related supervisory experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
