Kansas City Dental Implants & Oral Surgery is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a brand-new, full-scope surgical practice opening in St. Louis in mid-2027. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up supported by a trusted team and infrastructure that puts surgeons first.

$550,000+ base salary with performance-based collection bonus

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and confidently builds new relationships by proactively engaging with prospective referral Doctors
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Missouri
Committed to elevating patient outcomes and building a strong practice culture
