The facility aims to maintain continuous coverage, with two locums alternating weekly and collaborating with the on-site physician to manage approximately half of the patient volume each. From the client : 'Our goal is to structure a schedule that has a locum s doctor to cover every week. The Locums would share a pool (approx. half pt load) of patients and our internal Physician would cover the other half of the patient load, while overseeing the overall clinic and radiation plans.'
