The Sales Consultant is responsible for the direct sale of Holiday Inn Club Vacations ownership products to prospective purchasers in a professional and ethical manner. The role involves discovering prospects' needs and interests and presenting the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program to create a desire to join. The consultant will advise clients on the value of ownership and address questions while delivering quality customer service.
Essential Duties and Tasks
- Conducts a guest presentation and tour (as trained) at scheduled times. Provides prospective owners a tour of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.
- Attends ongoing training classes. Participates in demonstration / assessment rides scheduled with Sales Managers and / or Sales Training Managers.
- Builds relationships with assigned Sales Training Managers and the Sales Line Team. Ensures questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic, and correct manner.
- Implements coaching and action plans from Sales Training Managers and / or Sales Managers. Explains features and benefits of the points program and recommends point purchases to meet current and future vacation needs.
- Delivers a high level of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a great sales tour experience. Achieves personal and departmental objectives as determined throughout the fiscal year.
