The Regional Director of HR will develop and lead performance management, succession planning, talent development and serve as a business partner with responsibility for developing and sustaining engagement and retention strategies in partnership with site leadership as well ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. This will be a remote position - Oklahoma preferred.
As the Regional Director of HR, you will :
Provides strategic HR partnershipDevelops and drives programs to increase engagement and retentionServe as a leader and actively engage with site leadership and colleaguesRepresent the organization as a culture champion and advocate of our missionResponsible for day-to-day HR activities and coverage for his / her assigned locations. Will be available via email and phone for any immediate HR needs at the assigned locations, whether supporting it on-site or from his / her office location.Responsible for reviewing and investigating allegations of discrimination or retaliation to ensure that all such complaints are handled in a timely, thorough, respectful and professional manner. All findings of such investigations will be reviewed with the CHRO and applicable leaders.The RDHR will conduct reviews / audits of HR activities for locations within the defined region to ensure that all HR practices and standards (including recordkeeping) are in compliance with regulatory requirements. The RDHR will provide additional on-site coaching and direction to our colleagues.Travel required 50% (2-3 days per week or as needed)Works with the entire Human Resources team on special projectsSkills for Success :
