Salary : $16.50-$18.00 a hour

Our client in Chardon, OH is seeking reliable Production Operators with hands-on manufacturing experience and a strong work history. Operators work with drawings and specific instructions to produce high-quality products. This is a long-term, eval to hire position - not temporary labor. #2931LI

Key Responsibilities :

  • Follow production drawings, instructions, and specifications
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform hands-on assembly and production tasks
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure accuracy in work
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Participate in training and skill development as needed

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Hands-on manufacturing experience preferred; mechanical aptitude is a plus
  • Strong work history and reliability
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and read production drawings
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment drug test and background check
