Territory Sales Representative - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 75k / year - Hobart, IN

  • Our client is a fast-growing mechanical servicing company with an immediate opening for a territory sales representative to handle a territory of Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland. They have a strong residential side but are growing their commercial side. This role is on the commercial side of the business. They are looking for a Territory Sales Representative that brings commercial HVAC knowledge as well as sales experience.

Responsibilities :

  • The company is looking to grow their team and add a Territory Sales Representative who will be responsible for bringing in new business accounts through maintenance contracts and selling some HVAC projects. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers' mechanical systems.

    • Qualifications :

  • The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 3+ years of proven success in HVAC sales. In this position, the Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and finding new customers. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

    • Compensation :

  • Our client is offering a base salary of 65k - 75k / year range and an uncapped bonus / commission structure. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO, great company culture, and much more.
