Housekeeping Houseperson (AM)

Job Title

This position ensures that assigned public space including pool deck, parking garage and guest room floors are kept fully stocked and clean to provide support to Guest Room Attendants while maintaining Omni standards and exceeding our guest expectations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

• Retrieving soiled linen and garbage from guest rooms and disposing of through the linen chute or dumpsters.
• Maintaining hallways, reporting maintenance issues, and completing special cleaning assignments.
• Delivering guest amenities or special requests to guest rooms.
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly projects as assigned.
• Cleaning stairwells, elevators, and hallways.
• Maintaining the housekeeping supply storeroom.
• Maintaining regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards.
• Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
• Daily cleaning and upkeep of pool facility and parking garage.
• Organizing and cleaning lounge chairs.
• Supervising cabanas and towel hut operations.
• Ensuring guest safety and providing exceptional guest service.
• Attending monthly department meetings and company required training.
• Providing clean pool towels and removing dirty towels.
• Opening and closing umbrellas at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Patrolling the pool area and removing trash.
• Completing other tasks as assigned by management.
