Job Description :

Technical / Functional Skills :

  • Hands-on experience in Snowflake, data modeling, and ELT.
  • Strong presentation and advisory skills.
  • Analyze SQL performance, resource utilization, and warehouse configurations.
  • Expert in SQL tuning and data pipeline debugging.
  • Multi-cloud and data integration expertise.

Observability tools : Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell.

Roles Responsibilities :

  • Provide architectural guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Design scalable data and compute models on Snowflake.
  • Conduct health checks and performance reviews.
  • Educate customers on new features and optimizations.
  • Manage deployments, patches, and upgrades.
  • Lead complex issue resolution and incident management.
  • Create troubleshooting guides, scripts, and tools.
  • Automate monitoring and incident response processes.
  • Influence platform improvements based on recurring customer feedback.
