The Role

Quality Manager role for engineer with Fabrication experience in Marine / Offshore Wind. This is wide ranging and lead role. Essential to have Wind Turbine fabrication experience.

• Monitor / supervise / inspect fabrication completion activities
• Participate in the supplier's inspection and test activities
• Report non-conformities and observations
• Monitor production activities and production documentation as spot checks
• Monitor product quality and participate in FAI / FAT activities
• Report non-conformities detected during inspection and test and manufacturing
• Follow-up on condition and maintenance at supplier's storage area
• Follow-up on manufacturing progress according to agreed project manufacturing schedule
• Verify quality criteria applied by the supplier in manufacturing

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE :

Essential to have QC fabrication / manufacturing experience for marine / offshore wind – ideally wind turbine foundations.
