This position is uniquely tailored for engineers who excel in independent work and are passionate about delivering high-quality, production-ready features through every layer of the tech stack. You will play an integral part in developing vital systems and advancing our platform architecture during a pivotal growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full-stack functionalities utilizing our Django + React platform.
- Develop integrations with external services like OpenAI, Deepgram, and Twilio.
- Improve and maintain large language model (LLM) pipelines, focusing on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and data anonymization processes.
- Participate in transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a microservices structure.
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to quickly iterate and deliver features with minimal meetings.
- Independently oversee features from conceptualization to deployment.
