What You'll Be Doing :

As a Shop Fabrication Technician (Shop Help) , you'll be instrumental in creating and maintaining the custom trucks and trailers that form the backbone of our mobile experiential tours. This isn't production line workit's custom, hands-on fabrication that demands problem-solving and precision.

• Custom Fabrication : Build, modify, and repair custom structures, platforms, walls, and unique components for our specialized experiential marketing vehicles (trucks and trailers).
• Hydraulic Systems : Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems used for stage deployments, slide-outs, leveling, and lifting mechanisms on our units.
• Structural Work : Perform general shop duties, including measuring, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling metal and structural components.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Shop Manager and design team to ensure all custom fabrications meet exact specifications and safety standards.
• Maintenance & Repair : Assist with general maintenance and repair of the mobile units, ensuring they are road-ready, functional, and looking great for their next tour.
• Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop.
