A Typical Day

As you inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, you'll build client relationships that will grow stronger every year. Joining H&R Block as an experienced Tax Professional means you'll leverage your desire to deliver an exceptional client experience by serving clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team. You will guide clients through their tax journey with empathy, professionalism, and integrity, in turn creating a seamless and reassuring experience that leaves clients feeling confident, informed, and cared for.

It would be even better if you also had :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Enrolled Agent or Circular 230 certified
• Collaboration tools such as Teams, customer relationship management tools
