• Initial Phone Screening We start with a casual conversation to discuss the basic details of the position and to introduce you to our company culture. During this call, we'll also explain our interview process and answer any questions you may have.
• In-Person Interview with HR Manager You'll meet with our HR Manager to further discuss the position, your qualifications, and how you align with our company values.
• Background Check and Drug Test To ensure the safety and security of our team and clients, we conduct a thorough background check and drug test as part of our hiring process.
• Final Interview Conducted with our Director of Operations and / or President.

Summary

The Finish Carpenter is responsible for performing detailed carpentry work, including the installation and repair of trim, cabinetry, doors, molding, and other custom wood features. This role requires an exceptional eye for detail, strong craftsmanship, and the ability to complete high-quality finishing work that meets the expectations of both clients and company standards.
