Responsibilities:- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable with each visit.
- Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy.
- Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
- Gather and relay client feedback to our team, helping us refine our approach and improve our service.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values, sharing insights with clients to aid their decision-making.
- Support the lead agent in managing client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications:- Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
- Experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market in Tacoma, WA, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling, communication, and property research.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to facilitate property tours and client meetings.
