Description : Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Strategic Account Director to lead and manage our top accounts within the utility sector in the Northern CA area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (Include the following : other duties may be assigned)

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned strategic accounts, aligning with OSS business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers / suppliers as well as the end customer, from individual contributors up through VP / Director levels
• Proactively maintain existing business, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers and manufacturers to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead several internal multi-disciplinary teams involved with supporting customer business, including assembled / engineered products, tools & safety, and commodities / warehouse / logistics / supply chain to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate key accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
• Proactively identify and address potential customer challenges and risks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to maximize performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to align regional strategies with overall company goals.
• Communicate effectively and consistently to the customer, by leading in-person and Teams meetings, organizing and deploying project kickoffs, providing sales and inventory reporting, attending customer training, marketing and social events
